We encourage the use of these royalty-free images to be used in all articles written that feature the NGB Fact Sheets. We request that photo credits be given to the National Garden Bureau.

Step 1: Choose an image size

  • Hi-Res images are RGB jpgs and have a maximum dimension of 1000pixels (width or height depending on whether it has landscape or portrait orientation). This size is ideal for full-screen viewing or printing large images on desktop printer. If you require press-ready high resolution images in CMYK Tif format, please use our request form.

  • Lo-Res images are RGB jpgs and have a maximum dimension of 500 pixels ((width or height depending on whether it has landscape or portrait orientation). This size is ideal for e-mailing or wherever smaller images are needed.

Step 2: Download the image

  • Internet Explorer: Right-click* on the link for the image you would like to download and choose "Save Target As" to choose the appropriate folder to save the image to.
  • Netscape/Mozilla: Right-click* on the link for the image you would like to download and choose "Save Link As" to choose the appropriate folder to save the image to.
  • Chrome: Right-click* on the link for the image you would like to download and choose "Save Link As..." to choose the appropriate folder to save the image to.
  • Opera: Right-click* on the link for the image you would like to download and choose "Save Linked Content As..." to choose the appropriate folder to save the image to.
  • Safari: Right-click* on the link for the image you would like to download and choose "Download Linked File" to save the file to your pre-specified "Downloads" folder.

 

* Apple Users: If a right mouse button is unavailable, you can access the same menus by holding the Apple key and clicking your mouse.
